Starting May 6, 2020, our Cruise with Confidence program gives you even more flexibility.

Whether you've already booked a cruise or are thinking about it, we want you to Sail with Confidence. Royal Caribbean will allow you to cancel any cruise sailing between now and April 30, 2022. Including existing or new reservations between now and July 31, 2021. Cancel at least 48 hours before your departure date and you will receive a Credit for Future Cruise. The credit is valid for booking before April 30, 2022 and sailing until September 30, 2022.

As of May 6, 2020, we have added a new "Best Price Guarantee" option described below.

• Best Price Guarantee -If you find a better price for an already booked cruise, our Best Price Guarantee allows you to take advantage of a better price or promotion up to 48 hours before departure just give us a call. You will receive the difference as a non-refundable onboard credit within the final payment or price adjustment outside of the final payment.


What you need to know?

• As long as we receive your cancellation at least 48 hours before your departure date, you will receive a Future Cruise Credit.

• The Sail With Confidence program covers cruises booked before July 31, 2021, departing on or before April 30, 2022.

• Future Cruise credits are valid for booking by April 30, 2022 and sailing by September 30, 2022.

• If the amount of your new cruise is less than the credit, you will keep the difference amount in a new credit.

• There are restrictions.

• If you opt for the Cruise with Confidence 100% Future Cruise Credit program, you will not qualify for any Future Cruise Credit offers or refunds related to our Global Travel Suspension.


Do you need to change your cruise?

If you need to change or cancel your cruise, please contact us at phone or fill out our online form to cancel your reservation, or call our Contact Center to change your ship and departure date at 800-256-6649. If you booked with a Travel Agency, please contact them directly for assistance. Please note that wait times may be longer than expected. We appreciate your patience.
